Year-on-year, each of the city’s regions have seen increases in prices, with the smallest change being +2.2% in London and the greatest being in the North East with +5.9%*. Many of the top locations are in the East Midlands, which had a year-on-year change of +4.6%, closely followed by Scotland with +4.4%.
